Mit Tim Schmitz und Mike Matthias setzt der Powerman Alsdorf auf ein starkes Sprecherteam mit höchstem Qualitätsanspruch.  

Tim Schmitz aus der Aachener Region ist seit 2023 die Stimme des Powerman. In der Duathlon-Szene bestens vernetzt, überzeugt er mit Detailwissen und Nähe zu den Athleten. Er moderiert im Fußball, Lauf- und Triathlonsport sowie auf Bühnen und kommentiert die Duathlon-WM in Zofingen live im Schweizer Fernsehen, gemeinsam mit Ausdauersport-Legende Natascha Badmann.  

Neu im Team ist Mike Matthias. Der Hesse war bis 2025 rennverantwortlicher Projektleiter bei Ironman-Events wie der EM in Frankfurt. Als Moderator und DJ großer Rennen, etwa in Frankfurt, Wiesbaden, Luxemburg und Münster, verbindet er geballte Eventerfahrung mit dem Gespür für den passenden, renndynamischen Sound. Dieser wird Athleten und Zuschauern am Denkmalplatz in Alsdorf noch mehr Atmosphäre bieten.  

With Tim Schmitz and Mike Matthias, Powerman Alsdorf has assembled a strong team of commentators who uphold the highest standards of quality.  

Tim Schmitz, from the Aachen region, has been the voice of Powerman since 2023. With excellent connections in the duathlon scene, he impresses with his detailed knowledge and close rapport with the athletes. He presents at football, running and triathlon events, as well as on stage, and commentates live on Swiss television on the Duathlon World Championships in Zofingen, alongside endurance sports legend Natascha Badmann.  

New to the team is Mike Matthias. The Hessian was race director for Ironman events such as the European Championships in Frankfurt until 2025. As a presenter and DJ at major races, including in Frankfurt, Wiesbaden, Luxembourg and Münster, he combines extensive event experience with a flair for the right, race-dynamic sound. This will create an even more atmospheric experience for athletes and spectators at the Monument Square in Alsdorf.
